§ 37.10 ARRESTS.
   The Fire Chief and members of the Fire Department shall have the power to arrest any person at or near the scene of an accidental or destructive fire who shall interfere with the Fire Department in the performance of its duties or who shall commit any crime or violate any ordinance in connection therewith.
