§ 122.06 PURCHASING; FROM MINORS.

It shall be unlawful for any second hand dealer, either directly or indirectly, to purchase or receive, or by way of barter or exchange, or otherwise, any article of value, or to receive on deposit or pledge any article of value as security for a loan of money, from any minor person under 18 years of age.
