For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SECOND HAND STORE. Any store, premises or vehicle of any kind or any part thereof, where used or second hand books, goods, wares or merchandise of any kind are bought, sold, offered for sale, exchanged, bartered or kept with the intention of selling, bartering or exchanging as an essential or primary business or vocational purpose, or where the majority of transactions occurring related thereto to pre-owned merchandise including antiques.
