§ 37.05 COMMAND.

The command of the Fire Department shall be as prescribed by the Fire Chief. Each shift shall be commanded by a Shift Commander or an Assistant Chief and each company by a Lieutenant. All members of the Department shall obey orders and directions of his or her superiors.
