§ 121.10 DIAL ALARM RECEIVING EQUIPMENT.

All currently existing dial alarms or tape dialers shall remain in service. After the effective date of this chapter, no one except an alarm agent, alarm supplier or alarm installer holding a permit from the city as required herein, shall be able to sell or install any automatic protection device known as a dial alarm or tape dialer in the city.
