Each person selling or installing a security alarm system or a fire alarm system shall have employees or agents, supplies and equipment located as to be able to respond to a request for repair or adjustment of any alarm system that the supplier sold, leased or installed within four hours of the request for this service. The person shall respond within four hours of the request.
