A permit granted under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Chief of Police of the city and/or the Chief of the Fire Department of the city if either shall find that the business operations of the holder of the permit are being, or have been, conducted in violation of any state or local ordinances, that a misstatement or omission of material act has been made by the holder of the permit or the permit holder would no longer satisfy the qualifications originally required. For the purposes of this section, the holder of a permit shall be responsible for the conduct of the owners, directors, officers, employees and agents or other persons beneficially interested therein of the permit holder. To allow enforcement of this section, a permit holder shall provide any relevant information to the respective Chiefs when and as requested.
