The members of the Legal Department of the city are authorized and empowered to prosecute violations of all ordinances, rules and regulations of the Quincy Park District, a municipal corporation, either in the name of the city or the Quincy Park District, to the full extent authorized from time to time whether expressly or impliedly, by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Quincy Park District.
