§ 117.99 PENALTY.

Any person, organization, society, partnership, association or corporation who violates any provisions of this chapter or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be fined for a first violation of any of the provisions of this chapter in accordance with the general provisions of § 10.99.
