§ 115.40 REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

In addition to any other penalties or remedies as provided under this code, the Director of Inspection may revoke or suspend for a period up to one year any license issued to an electrician hereunder who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or the regulations and provisions of Chapter 54 of this code.
