All licenses shall be issued by the City Clerk upon notification by the Electrical Inspector that an applicant for licensure has satisfactorily completed the requirements contained in § 115.35 for the issuance of an electrician’s license or upon ratification by the Electrical Inspector that an exempt individual under § 115.37 has been property registered as an electrician under that section.
