In addition to other penalties or remedies provided for herein, the Electrical Inspector may revoke or suspend any certificate or registration issued hereunder for violations by the holder of the certificate or registration of any of the provisions of this chapter or of the regulations and prohibitions of Chapter 54 of this code. For purposes of this section the holder of the certificate or registration shall be responsible for the conduct of the owners, directors, officers, employees, agents or beneficial owners of the holder.
