It shall be unlawful to permit the use or to use the premises of any auto court for the accommodations of a trailer unless all ordinance requirements pertaining to trailer coach parks are complied with; provided that where a license fee for a trailer coach park has been paid, it shall not be necessary to pay an additional fee for the operation of an auto court on the same premises.
