§ 113.06 EMPLOYEES.
   Every person, licensed as an auctioneer, may designate not to exceed two employees who may be authorized by him or her to conduct auctions. Notice containing the names of employees so designated shall be given to the Clerk and an employee’s license shall be issued on the payment of a fee of $20. This license shall be good for one year, and it shall be unlawful for any person not licensed under this section to conduct an auction, or for any auctioneer to permit an auction to be conducted by an unlicensed employee.
