§ 112.131 APPLICATION; INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   Applications for the licenses shall be made in conformance with the provisions of the ordinances relating to licenses and shall specify the location of the proposed skating rink and the person or organization sponsoring the same.
   (B)   No license shall be issued to a person who is not of good moral character, nor to a corporation or organization which is not represented in the city by a person of good moral character.
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each applicant and report the results of the investigation to the Clerk.
