§ 35.15 ANNUAL SETTLEMENT.
   The Comptroller and the Finance Committee shall meet annually upon the close of each fiscal year and examine and compare the reports and statement; made by the Comptroller and Treasurer and other city officers, and shall report thereon to the City Council.
