§ 112.058 SIDE SHOWS AND CONCESSIONS.
   The license fee for each side show and concession operated in connection with a circus shall be as listed in § 112.002.

§ 112.059 PROVISIONS TO BE OBEYED.
   It shall be the duty of every person licensed under this subchapter to obey the provisions of §§ 112.001 through 112.010 of this chapter and all other ordinance provisions relating to circuses or the premises occupied.

§ 112.060 INSPECTION.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief to see that inspections as provided for in §§ 112.001 through 112.010 of this chapter shall be made of all circuses, circus performances and of the premises used.

§ 112.061 CHEATING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to cheat, short change, or otherwise defraud any person attending or about to attend a circus performance within the city.

§ 112.062 BOND.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to conduct any parade connected with a circus in or on any public street, alley or other public way or place in the city unless therefore is first obtained from the Chief of Police.
   (B)   The permit shall specify the route to be followed and shall be accompanied by a bond in the sum of $50,000, conditioned to indemnify the city for any loss, damage or liability incurred or caused by the conduct of the exhibition or the parade.
