§ 35.13 MONTHLY STATEMENT; CONTENTS.
   The Comptroller shall, on or before the first day in each and every month make and submit to the City Council a statement or report in writing of all monies received by the city and warrants drawn by him or her during the preceding month, showing therein from what sources and on what account the monies were received, and for what purpose and what account the warrants were drawn, and the unexpended balances to the credit of each fund.
