(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to attend bar or to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises.
(B) Any person 18 years of age or over, however, may serve alcoholic liquor as a waiter or waitress in any licensed retail premises and may also sell package liquor it any retail store properly licensed.
