§ 111.032 RECORD OF LICENSE.
   The Mayor shall keep a complete record of all licenses issued by him or her under this subchapter and shall furnish the City Clerk, City Treasurer and Chief of Police each with a copy thereof. Upon the issuance of any new license or the revocation of any old license, the Mayor shall give written notice of the action to each of these officers within 48 hours of the action and the copies of the record and the notice of the action furnished and give to the City Clerk shall by him or her be presented at the next meeting of the Council.
