§ 110.14 VEHICLE TAG.
   Whenever the number of vehicles used is the basis of a license fee, the City Clerk shall furnish each licensee with a tag or sticker for each vehicle covered by the license, and the tag or sticker shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the front or rear of each vehicle while it is in use.
