§ 101.01 REGULATIONS.

It shall be unlawful to hold, manage or conduct any meeting or entertainment of any kind in the municipality in any premises other than a building constructed in full compliance with the ordinances and laws pertaining thereto for auditorium, theater or lodge room purposes, excepting in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
