§ 100.03 LABOR IN WOODLAND CEMETERY.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to do any labor in or about any lot or ground within the cemetery for hire, except under the direction of and by authority of the Woodland Cemetery Association, by its proper officers or persons by the association designated for the purpose.
