§ 99.05 NITROGLYCERIN; T.N.T.
   It shall be unlawful to keep or store any nitroglycerin or the explosive commonly known as T.N.T. in the city in any quantities, excepting for medicinal or laboratory purposes and for purposes no more than one quarter ounce shall be stored in any one building or premises.
