§ 99.04 BOND.
   No permit shall be issued unless the applicant therefore has filed with the City Clerk a public liability bond in policy bond in the sum of $5,000 conditioned to pay any damage to property or injury to persons that may result or accrue from the storage, handling or display of pyrotechnics.
