§ 97.30 TO REMOVE SUNKEN BOATS.
   If a boat or flat shall sink in a harbor, it shall be the duty of the owner or owners thereof to immediately remove the same, or the wreck thereof at his or her own expense; and on their failure so to do it shall be the duty of the harbor master forthwith to remove the same at the expense of the owner or owners, and the owner or owners shall be liable for the expense incurred in the removal by the harbor master.
