§ 97.28 RAFTS AND BARGES; LIMIT OF TIME IN HARBOR.
   No raft or barge shall remain in the water at any part of the public landing for a longer time than ten days and every person who shall violate this provision shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200, and a like sum for each day thereafter that the rafts or barge shall remain at the public landing.
