§ 97.11 PERSONS PROHIBITED FROM OPERATING MOTORBOATS.

No person who is a habitual user of narcotic drugs or who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs shall operate any motorboat or rowboat on waters within the jurisdiction of the city.
