§ 96.04 SIGNS.
   It shall be the duty of the Director of Utilities and Engineering to place at some conspicuous place on every street within any zone of quiet, and at a distance of approximately 200 feet in each direction from any hospital located therein, signs displaying the words “NOTICE - ZONE OF QUIET.”
