(A) No person shall cause or permit any chickens, other poultry or fowl owned or kept by him or her within the city to constitute an extreme nuisance, including but not limited to the causing of undue and repeated disturbance, or an unreasonable sanitation or health problem.
(B) Whenever an unreasonable sanitation or health problem exists in a residential area, the Building Inspector, Chief of Police, the Animal Control Officer or the County Health Department may require the removal of the animals from the premises.
