§ 76.04 OPERATION OF BICYCLES.
   (A)   Every bicycle when operated upon a street or public way shall be kept as close to the right hand curb as practicable.
   (B)   No bicycle shall be ridden upon a sidewalk in a business district. No bicycle shall be ridden at any time in any place or in a manner as to be dangerous to persons or property.
   (C)   No person riding upon any bicycle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon any street or public way.
   (D)   The operator of a bicycle shall not carry another person on the bicycle when operating the bicycle upon any street or public way, nor shall the operator of any bicycle tow or draw any coaster, sled, person on roller skates, toy vehicle or other similar vehicle on the streets or public ways.
   (E)   Persons riding bicycles upon the streets or public ways shall not ride more than two abreast.
   (F)   No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped.
   (G)   No person riding a bicycle shall carry any package, bundle or article which prevents the rider from keeping both hands upon the handlebars.
   (H)   No rider of a bicycle shall remove both hands from the handlebars or feet from the pedals or practice any acrobatic or fancy riding on any street or public way; nor shall any person operating a bicycle upon a street or public way participate in any race for speed or endurance contest with any other vehicle except under permit from and under the supervision of the office of the Chief of Police.
