§ 75.05 MANNER IF PARKING IN DIAGONAL PARKING STALLS.
   All vehicles shall be parked in diagonal parking stalls with the radiator or front directed at the parking meter or standard. No person shall park a vehicle in a diagonal parking stall so that the same is parked contrary to the direction hereof.
