(A) It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to drive into any crosswalk without the exercise of due and proper care in view of the special use made thereof by pedestrians.
(B) It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle into any crosswalk while there is in the crosswalk upon the half of the roadway upon which the vehicle is traveling any pedestrian engaged in crossing the roadway until the pedestrian shall have passed beyond the path of the vehicle, when the pedestrian shall indicate his or her intention to cross.
(C) The driver of a vehicle shall stop before entering upon any crosswalk when any other vehicle proceeding in the same direction is stopped at the crosswalk for the purpose of permitting a pedestrian to cross.
