§ 70.06 UNAUTHORIZED SIGNS; INTERFERENCE WITH SIGNS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, maintain or display any device, other than an official warning or direction sign or signal authorized by statute or ordinance, upon or in view of any street, if the device purports to be or is in imitation of, an official warning or direction sign or signal, or directs or purports to direct the movement of traffic. Any unauthorized device is hereby declared to be a nuisance and may be removed by any police officer.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person having control of the property to permit any sign, fence, plants or other objects on premises adjacent to a street in a manner as to obstruct the view and endanger traffic.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, injure, move or interfere with any official traffic sign or signal.
