(A) Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to other remedies as the law may afford, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
(B) In addition to the penalties provided in § 10.99, any person, firm, corporation continuing to perform electrical work contrary to any “stop-work orders” issued pursuant to Chapters 40, 113, 114, 115, 116, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 125, 127, 128 and this chapter of this code shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 upon conviction thereof. This provision shall not apply to work undertaken to correct or remove a violation of this code or other unsafe condition as directed by the Electrical Inspector.
