§ 54.21 PLAN OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE.

The Electric Power Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance is hereby adopted and approved following public hearings on November 20, 2012 and November 26, 2012 subsequent to publication of the required notice once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Quincy Herald-Whig.
