§ 54.20 PROGRAM AUTHORIZED.
   The city finds and determines that it is in the best interest of the city to operate the Electricity Aggregation Program under the Act as an opt-out program pursuant to the terms of the Act, the result of the November 6, 2012 referendum and this subchapter.
