§ 52.039 NEW CONNECTIONS TO AND EXTENSIONS OF WATER MAIN.

   (A)   Connections. Any person, firm or corporation not included in a water main extension contract, who, after the completion of a water main, connects to the water main, shall be assessed a fee, over and above normal charges for new service connections, as follows:

2" meter	$ 2,000.00
3" meter	$ 4,000.00
4" meter	$ 8,000.00
6" meter	$14,000.00
8" meter	$20,000.00
10" meter	$30,000.00

 

      (B)   Extensions. The costs of extending water mains shall be based on the costs of the extension as determined by the Utilities Department. All extensions must be approved as otherwise provided for expenditures.
