§ 52.038 FIRE PROTECTION RATES.

   (A)   First class. Rates for the first class of fire protection service will be charged based on the size of service. The following rates will apply:

 

Each two-inch service	$45 per month
Each four-inch fire service	$125 per month
Each six-inch fire service	$213 per month
Each eight-inch fire service	$365 per month
Each ten-inch fire service	$611 per month

 

   (B)   Second class. Rates for the second class of fire protection service will be based upon the monthly demand charge in effect for a standard 5/8" meter plus consumption charges for all flows through the detector check meter.

   (C)   Third class. Rates for the third class of fire protection service will be based on § 52.037.
