§ 51.118 INSPECTION.
   (A)   The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Director of Utilities and Engineering when the building sewer and connection to the public sewer is ready for inspection.
   (B)   The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Director of Utilities and Engineering or his or her representative.
