(A) The basic fee for connection to the municipal sewer system to serve a single-family dwelling shall be $250 per connection.
(B) The fee for connection serving two or more family dwellings or mobile home parks shall be at the above rate for the first unit and at the rate of one-half the above rate for all additional units.
(C) A connection serving facilities other than dwellings shall be $500 per connection.
(D) Sewer connection permits shall be valid only for 60 days after issuance.
(E) Any fee provided in a contract or agreement for sewer main extension between the city and any person who extends a sewer main pursuant to § 51.113 hereof.
