§ 51.065 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT.
   All metal parts of underwater electrical fixtures shall be grounded. If flexible cable is used, ground wire must be incorporated therein. Portable equipment such as pumps, vacuum cleaners and the like must be grounded.
