§ 51.045 SEWAGE DISPOSAL FACILITIES REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every building or structure in the city used for residence, business, trade, industry or meeting purposes shall be equipped with properly constructed and installed adequate sewage disposal facilities. The plumbing in all places shall conform to the ordinances of the city and the laws of the state relative thereto.
   (B)   Any premises not connected with a sanitary sewer system shall be equipped with an adequate septic tank.
   (C)   Outhouses are hereby prohibited.
