§ 51.011 VALIDITY.

The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed separable and if any section, division, clause or provision of this chapter shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the invalidity or unenforceability of the section, division, clause or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this chapter.
