§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to other relief as the law may afford, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 50.60 through 50.86 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $750. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation. Enforcement may also be by suit for declaratory, injunctive or other appropriate relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
