(A) The Program Review Committee shall consist of nine members. All Committee members shall be appointed for terms of four years or until their successors are duly appointed and qualified. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council.
(1) One member shall be the Mayor or a city official designated by the Mayor;
(2) One member shall be a City Council member; and
(3) Seven members shall be community members;
(a) One will represent the Quincy Area Convention and Visitors Bureau;
(b) One will represent Quincy-based hotels/motels;
(c) One will represent Quincy-based restaurants;
(d) One will represent Quincy-based financial institutions; and
(e) Three will be at-large members.
(B) The membership shall elect one member to serve as Chairperson and one member to serve as Secretary of the Commission.
