§ 51.318 SURCHARGE RATE.

   The rates of surcharge for wastewaters with higher than normal concentrations shall be as follows:

   (A)   $0.2851 per pound of BOD in excess of 200 mg/L;

   (B)   $0.2769 per pound of SS in excess of 250 mg/L;

   (C)   $0.0000 per pound of ammonia-nitrogen in excess of 35 mg/L;

   (D)   $0.0000 per pound of phosphorus in excess of 7 mg/L; and

   (E)   $0.3000 per pound of total oil & grease in excess of 100 mg/L.
