The Director of Utilities will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 45 days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Director of Utilities will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. Upon a determination to issue, the permit shall be issued within 30 days of full evaluation and acceptance of the data furnished. The Director of Utilities may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit.
