§ 51.152 STATE REQUIREMENTS.

State requirements and limitations as found in Title 35, Subtitle C, Chapter I, Part 310 of the Illinois Administrative Code on discharges to the POTW shall be met by all users which are subject to such standards in any instance in which they are more stringent than federal requirements and limitations or those in this chapter or in other applicable ordinances.
