§ 43.21 FILING WITH COUNTY CLERK.
   The Budget Officer shall file a certified copy of the annual budget and an estimate of the anticipated revenues to be received in the following fiscal year by source certified by the Budget Officer with the County Clerk within 30 days of the adoption of the annual budget by the Council.
